We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, as we have no control over them. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Estimated Delivery Times (excluding weekends/holidays):
a) United States ~ 3–8 business days (tracking available)
b) Other Regions ~ 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)
Shipping Delays – Although rare, deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, shipping times and any unforeseen delays during transit are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. In such cases, if tracking information is not updated for more than 30–60 business days, we will resend the product.
This is more likely to occur during the busy holiday season (November–December), promotional periods, or other peak times.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (inspection, packaging, handover to logistics, and dispatch from the post office).
Once your order has been processed, the assigned shipping carrier will pick it up. An email containing online tracking details will be sent and can also be checked on our website.
Processing Delays – In rare cases, processing may take longer than expected. During holidays, promotions, or other busy seasons, processing time may also be extended. We always strive for the fastest possible shipping, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been received and processed, it cannot be canceled.
If you request to cancel an order within 30 minutes after it has been placed, a $20 transaction fee per order will apply.
If we have already contacted you to inform you that your order has been processed, the order can no longer be canceled.
